IMAGESA Maroc was founded in Morocco as a shipping agency and logistics operator in 2023, with the acquisition of NAL Maroc, a company present in the country since 2023. It was established with the extensive experience it has developed in West Africa, and specifically Equatorial Guinea, through investments in its people and quality of services, enabling it to offer professional, efficient and reliable door-to-door logistics and Door-to-Door services to our valued customers. It is currently incorporated as a wholly owned subsidiary of the Sea & Ports Holding Group.

The incorporation of IMAGESA in Morocco is part of its expansion process in North Africa, introducing its expertise and customised services to its principals and clients, paving the way to become one of the largest integrated transport and logistics providers in the region. It has offices in more than 30 countries and an international network of partners and agents, making it a true global service provider that excels on a local scale.

Main services

HMM agents

With more than 60 offices around the world, HMM is the eighth largest global shipping company and has in its fleet the 12 largest container ships in the world, with a capacity of 24,000 TEU. We have offices in the two main ports of Morocco, Casablanca and Tangier MED, serving HMM's vessels and activity.

Marguisa, United Marguisa Lines and Marguisa Atlantic agents

Marguisa has been connecting the world with West Africa for more than 30 years, providing a wide range of services including all types of cargo (container, Ro-Ro and MPV). UML is the result between Marguisa Shipping Lines and United Heavy Lift, resulting in a semi-regular MPV service between Northern Europe, the Mediterranean and Africa. MAT, on the other hand, operates our services between Europe and America across the Atlantic.

BUDD agents

As a leading maritime agency, we have developed services in Morocco for shipowners since our integration in the country. Services provided include protection of shipowners in various situations, as well as liability insurance, including survey, casualty, damage, damage, breakdown, crew management, loss of personal effects, fines and compensation, and consultancy and assistance services.

Ship consignment

We offer ship consignment services in the main ports of Morocco, managing formalities, logistics and comprehensive service for shipowners and maritime operators. With extensive experience in the sector, we guarantee efficient calls and reliable operational support in Moroccan territory.

Land transport

In addition to maritime management, we coordinate a complete land transport service, ensuring that the cargo reaches its destination safely, on time and efficiently. We coordinate each stage of the transfer with solutions adapted to the needs of the client and the particularities of each type of goods.

Logistics

We provide integrated solutions in port logistics, including terminal handling, storage and distribution, loading and unloading with specialised equipment, heavy lifting, handling of special and oversized goods, as well as efficient management of subcontractors.
