The non-limiting tasks of Sales Representative include:

  • Play a key part in the delivery of service to the customer
  • Maintain and develop a portfolio of clients
  • Identify and contact new clients
  • Key support to the sales manager of the agency
  • Building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Make a daily update in the common tracking tool,
  • Responsible for customers relationship
  • Maintain and develop a portfolio of clients
  • Close Sales
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Maintaining sales and visit records in the CRM
  • Send weekly and monthly reports
  • Provide pricing and sales quotes

Skills and knowledge:

  • Customer service skills. the ability to use your initiative.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and analysis

Candidate profile:

  • Diploma: 2 years diploma
  • Confirmed trainings in Logistics / Sales administration
  • Languages: the person must be fluent in French, English is a plus

  • Able to work under pressure and have an efficient communication with all stakeholders

Sales Administrator / Inside Sales (Bata, Equatorial Guinea)

The non-limiting tasks of Sales Administrator include:

  • Process the orders from the beginning, from reception of the order, shipping, to customer invoicing,
  • Ensure the delivery tracking
  • Follow the payment tracking with finance
  • Resolve the disputes related to orders and / or deliveries, input in the system.
  • Make a daily update in the common tracking tool,
  • Develop customer reports.
  • Receive and process sale orders and including in the system
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Checking the accuracy of orders and aproving invoices.
  • Maintaining sales and visit records in the CRM
  • Send weekly and monthly reports
  • Taking notes and minutes in meetings.
  • Being a point of contact for a range of staff and external stakeholders.

Skills and knowledge:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills. the ability to sell products and services. customer service skills. the ability to use your initiative.
